Creating your Private Health Passport only takes a few minutes. Here is what to expect before you jump in.

What it is
A private, structured record of your medical history, medications, allergies, and documents — kept on your device, not on our servers.

What you will need
About ten minutes, and whatever you already have on hand: a list of medications, past results, or documents. You can add more later.

How private it is
It is encrypted with a password only you know. We built it so that we cannot see your data, even if we wanted to.
